Anzan Khatem Al-Naimi is a highly accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in cross-disciplinary roles within the oil and gas industry, mostly in Qatargas, whereas his experience spans engineering design, instrumentation optimization, and project leadership in a highly complicated operational environment. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in engineering, operations, and strategic program management. Subsequently , he joined Barzan Holding in 2020 as Director of Air Force Procurement and since 2023, Mr. Al-Naimi has been serving as Chief Operation Officer, where he has leveraged both local and international partnerships to support the company’s long-term growth and diversification strategy. In addition, he has membership roles in sundry boards as well as various committees. Anzan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Telecommunications University of Portsmouth, 2006 and Programs in Leadership, Energy & Process General Electric Oil and Gas University , 2011.
