Mr. Oztelcan has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, business and corporate development area in telecommunication and IT sectors; building and managing large, diverse and geographically dispersed organizations. He has held a variety of senior management roles for multinational companies such as Boeing, Intel and Turk Telekom. He currently serves as the Communications Director in the TMT team of Qatar Investment Authority (QIA). Mr. Oztelcan holds a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington. He also supports initiatives in the start-up ecosystems in different countries especially focusing on Software, IT and Telecommunications domains
